Fintech (Financial Technology)


The Bank of Greece has established the FinTech Innovation Hub to guide businesses developing new financial technologies, providing non-binding guidance on compliance and licensing. At the same time, the "Greek Fintech Hub" has been created by six major players, aiming at the sustainable development of the FinTech ecosystem in Greece. Policies focus on promoting innovation while ensuring stability and consumer protection, as well as strengthening cooperation between academia, the private and public sectors.
